This is a review about the quality of the repair on a laptop by the 'technician' a term I use loosely. Cowboy technician and shoddy work. My work laptop was sent there in Jan with a damaged charging port and wobbly hinge. It took 10 wks to get it back! After finally getting it back, it then stopped charging again within a week! With the repair supposedly being guaranteed it was sent back AGAIN! Two weeks later was lockdown ( so already taken two weeks!). Got it back at the end of July and to be fair to the lovely staff in the shop they didn't charge my boss for the 'repair' so it was done FOC... BUT it stopped charging again this Thursday! I took it somewhere else who not only fixed it the next day including the wobbly hinge which 'I'm fixed' stated couldn't be done, BUT revealed that the initial repair had been by glue and bits of rolled up paper. It wasn't repaired! The technician they use is either unqualified to do computer repairs or even worse just could not be bothered to do it properly. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING there to be repaired. The one star is for the lovely, apologetic guy behind the counter

A very professional service. I choose this place over any other mobile phone fixing services in Bolton due to their fair pricing and efficiency.
